1. Scope of Application
   These general terms and conditions apply to all services, offers, and product sales of PAMA Beauty GmbH. By using our services or purchasing a product, the customer agrees to the following terms.

2. Services Offered
   PAMA Beauty GmbH specializes in professional laser treatments, particularly in the areas of hair removal, tattoo removal, and permanent makeup removal. Detailed information about our treatments, prices, and procedures can be found on our website or in our studio.

3. Appointments and Cancellations
   Appointments can be made by phone, email, or directly in our studio. We kindly ask our clients to inform us of any changes or cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
   In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the treatment cost, as we cannot reassign the slot on short notice.
   If cancellation is due to illness and a medical certificate is provided, no cancellation fee will be charged.

4. Prices and Payment
   Current prices for treatments and products are available on our website and in the studio. All prices are listed in CHF (Swiss francs) and are exclusive of statutory VAT. Payment is due immediately after the treatment — either in cash or via common card payment methods.

5. Liability
   PAMA Beauty is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. For simple negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only to a limited extent. Any further liability, especially for indirect or consequential damages, is excluded.

6. Data Protection
   The protection of your personal data is very important to us. All customer data is treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent. We comply with all applicable data protection regulations.

7. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
   PAMA Beauty reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions when necessary. Any changes will be published on our website or communicated directly to the customer. By continuing to use our services, the updated terms are considered accepted.

8. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
   All contractual relationships are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company at Neuweg 1, Dübendorf, 8600.
